I have lived at the Pavilions for 2 years. Once you are locked into a lease, they don't care anymore whether you are happy or not. I have had noise problems with the neighbors for 7 months and they have done little if anything to make the situation any better. Do yourself a favor, live somewhere else!

I was the person on the staff that assisted this resident with his problem. I have made arrangement to transfer his neighbors. They are moving in two weeks. This is how we are resolving the issue. We are most certainly trying to rectify the situation.
