I lived at The Pavilions for several years and was happy here. I have read several of the complaints on here and have my own opinion...Did I hear my neighbors, sure, but it is apartment living and I am sure they heard me as well. Did maintenance respond to my requests, yes, sometimes it took longer then others, but you know it got done. Bugs, I never had an issue with anything more then a spider here and there and tell me who owns there own home and does not have that'
As for the complaints about leaving early and not getting money back or leaving early and not being let out of the lease, it is a contract that you sign so how can you expect them to do something OTHER then what it says' I broke a lease once (somewhere else) and had the same thing. Contracts people, contracts.
All in all, I thought it was a great place. Traffic was a bit of a bear but if you do not expect that when you are right across from the mall then that is your own bad.
