Although the managing staff has been nothing but friendly they have done near to nothing to fix any of the complaints we've had in the past. People pile their garbage on the ground in front of the disposal bin, in front of their doors for DAYS, walk dogs w/o leashes, allow dogs to bark throughout the night, people don't pick up after their dogs, the outside hallways are filthy, appliances in apartments are not up to date, and I could still go on.
