I am not happy about my current situation here either, but it has more to do with my lease renewal being messed up by their represenative for that. She made so many errors on it. I guess you don't need a college degree to work there, or maybe even a high school degree. Regardless, tenants who leave the garbage in front of their doors aren't management's problem. I know I left a bag out overnight once and was fined and was told that all people who leave trash outside their door are fined and whoever doesn't pay that fine is charged upon move-out and sent to collections. Walking dogs without leashes is really a problem to contact the police about

I must say I agree 100%. Some of the young ladies in the office are very pleasent and efficient but when it was time to renew my lease it was a disaster area. The rep put my lease in the wrong file and when I questioned it she denied it to my face, even though I saw her switch it. But that is not the only problem, because she also had a zillion errors on it and got all flustered when I asked her to explain them. She is absolutley useless. If you need anything done, go to someone else.

My lease got messed up too! My roommates and I were charged an extra month after we decided not to renew it, and now the office is charging us ANOTHER late fee for moving out past our move out date, even though we moved out and turned our keys in three weeks early. We are baffled, but the file switching might make sense.
