The staff here is very slow to making sure their resisdents are happy. They not fix a/c units until the temperature is 85 degrees after hours. After a work ticket is submitted, they will come out within 48 hours no matter what the temperature is outside. I had to change my own a/c filter. It was not changed in the 10 months I lived here. The staff allow residents to keep trash in front of their door and their balcony. Residents don't clean up after their pets on the yard. The bathtubs in the units sound like you are going to fall thru the tub when taking a shower. The tubs are always clogged at least every other month. The staff does a poor job of cleaning them. The sound insulation is very poor. You can hear other resisdents fighting, walking in their apartments, watching tv and everything else at night. The apartment size is good. I'm moving into my own new townhouse.

People are pathetic. I get that the walls are thin and the floors are thin, that is what I expect when renting. In terms of clogged tubs and hot apartments all I can say is what has our world come to when you can't clean out your own drains? I would love to buy a house in the future but right now I know that is not possible and I can deal with apartment living for the time being. It is just sad that people are never happy, there are better things in this world to worry about then a loud TV or a clogged drain or garbage outside or even dog poop. We shoudl be honored to have pets here and if someone doesn't pick up after them you should tell that person not blame a 3rd party. That was my contribution to this blog.
