It is totally luck....you might observe that there are mixed reviews to this apartment complex..infact most are correct..but there are also some good points....We had taken the necessary steps to ensure that we see the actual apartment unit that we are moving into..when we were about the sign the lease they wanted us to shift to a different apartment that was right besides the road...we refused to move into that apartment..it took about 2 weeks more before we could actually move into our unit and the Manager had promised me to compensate for the moving cancellation..but later refused when I approached him about it...

The apartment/unit by itself is good...there are lots of amenities...

Some of the leasing consultants are very rude especially the renewal manager..to the point that we had a big fight and she was arrogant enough and kept mentioning that I should have checked back with them when infact they had mentioned that they will get in touch with me but never did.

The only cooperative leasing consultant is Melissa. She has been very helpful throughout my stay, has helped me whenever I had a problem unlike the other leasing consultants where we had to (most of the times) call them repeatedly...

If you liked the apartment specifically ask for Melissa..she will definately help you out.

Overall, I would recommand the apartment
