I moved into these apartments with great expectations. Once I saw my apartment it wasn't the same as what they showed me, it was a little more run down. That wasn't a big deal though, I could live. upon moving in I made a complete list of everything wrong with the apartment. One of the major things was the dishwasher wasn't working. They sent a maintence guy out to check out our list, and all he did was confirm it, not fix it. After 5 months and some complaining I got a new Hotpoint dishwasher with a retail of about $200 (great quality for a $1200 apartment!!) Nothing else was replaced or fixed, and I let it go. About six months later the dishwasher started leaking, which I'm still waiting to have looked at. When the Lease ran up I was switching roomates and started a new lease. At that point I wanted an inspection done to the apartment for a fresh slate with my new roomate. I was evening paying for the days inbetween the leases. They refused to do it. I also tried to talk to the staff and they wouldn't give me the time or day and were very rude. The General manager wouldn't even let me finish a sentence before cutting me off. Then another time I went to talk with the assistant General manager and she walked out with an attitued and arms crossed. All I really wanted was 20 minutes of their time and a working dishwasher and I couldn't get that. The only positive thing I can say about the place is there is plenty of parking, and I never really heard any of my neighbors. One more year left here, which i would of never agreed to if i had experienced all of this before!!
