My lease required specific billing based on actual use and explicitly stated that there would not be group billing. The Pavilion and possibly other Northland Investment Corporation properties that unilaterally applied this new payment system violated my lease and most probably many other leases. For anyone who had this happen to them, I am beginning to explore a lawsuit and am looking for some others would would be representative plaintiffs. Post replies to this website.

I have been to the office many times questioning the cost of my monthly water bill. I have been paying approx. $70/month for water!! The leasing office has been less than cooperative with responding to my concerns. Can you please tell me what you are referring to by "group billing"?

I get a separate bill for water and trash. My meter is outside with the others. What do you mean?
