I have been living here now for over 6 months. I have had dog feces put on my windshield from one of the employees here. I have also had a motor bike stolen from the property. When I reported this to the police they said they are always in here for multiple arrests and property damaged and/or missing. No security avaliable at all throughout the property. One other renter also stated to me that he had his car stolen from the property. Any complaints to the staff were never followed up on. The staff has also been extremely rude and not professional on the few occasions I had to deal with them. I also had a black bug problem as well as another grey type of bug. They only show you the apartments that are in good shape on the tour. Poor craftmanship and cheaply maid and maintained. I would not reccommend this place to my worst enemy. Very pricey for what they have to offer. I am very dissatisified.

Dog feces on your window - how about on your doorstep - and yes, from an employee. Staff will discuss YOUR personal issues with other residents. They say mean and horrible things about so many people. They have dirty little nicknames for people form different cultures.They will look you in your face and lie to you. Complaints to corporate never work, they conspire to keep their secrets: theft, drugs. They operate dirty and the residents suffer. Live here too long and you will regret it. Bugs, they spray them with water IF they remember to write your requests up. They will just lie and tell you that you never called it in, WHat a joke! Non-existent manager. A gym no one that has a real job can ever use. A playground that will harm your child. Poor groundskeeping. Spend the mony on the apartments, not the flowers.

First off if you are that miserable, please do us all a favor and leave. I enjoy myself here and people like you ruin it by complaining to anyone who will listen. My other gripe is the first person who wrote a review about their bike being stolen is retarded. I wish this forum had spell check and a grammar check because it would of saved you from humiliating yourself. BTW the gym is 24 hours moron.

The above person is probably a staff member and also guilty of the fecal problem. Grow up! I wrote on here to save others from the same trouble. I just don't want anyone else to suffer under this management. Oh and why is it retarted that my motor bike was stolen? Are you guilty or something?
