I have been living at the pavilions for almost 6 months and I think it is great. My apartment building is quiet and very comfortable. The amenities allow you to engage in recreational activity at a very low price compared to other apartment complexes. I have only had to put in 1 work order and it was fixed the following day. The staff usually gives you 1 contact person out of 9 in the office, which is a little strange, but everyone is nice. This place is very affordable with low priced rents and electric bills that are very small. I recommend living here to anyone.

Are you kidding me ? You must be one of the people that are sitting on their balcony's smoking crack......... Damn, you need to see a shrink !! This place is no where close to being acceptable at $900 a month. I bet you upgraded to this place from a cardboard box !!

I thought you were joking when I read what you wrote!!! I've only been here 3 months... and already there are problems! Not only did my car get broken into (the back window smashed open)-- and the office states it is not their responsibility. I agree - to a degree. THIS IS THE PAVILIONS PROPERTY. THEY SHOULD TAKE SOME OWNERSHIP TO PROVIDE A SAFE A SECURE ENVIRONMENT. (Like a few other complexes in Manchester - that I should have moved into!) When I moved in - my apartment aparently was never cleaned out from the previous tenant. A week later, some guy shows up to steam clean my carpets -- and, he was under the impression that the apt was vacant. When I mean SHOWS UP... He literally knocked on the door at 8 a.m. -- then ENTERED THE APARTMENT while my wife and I were asleep! Geeze what a scare!!! The neighbors on our floor (2) always have their garbage outside their doors. I don't mind a bag... but, "bags", furniture, boxes... As for the amenities that you seem to think are fantastic - I haven't experienced out door amenities, yet. But, what apartment complex do you go to? It definately is not the amenities here!!! The fitness room has 75% BROKEN and UNSAFE equipment. Plus, the Recreation Center with the 3 racquetball courts, basketball courts is closed at 6. GUESS THE OFFICE IS AWARE OF THE UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT AFTERALL!!! It would be nice to work out after work. (The other side - it's small)
