I have read and then reread many of these reviews and I disagree with the majority of people here. I am pleased with my aparmtent and have been pleased for over 3 years now. And no, I do not smoke crack and no I am do not come from a cardboard box. As a matter of fact I came from a house and I was looking to not have to worry about the costs that houses can incur. But that is not the point, the point is this place is a great place for many of reasons. The staff is very friendly at all times, there is one person who I could do without, but generally I like them all. The location is ideal. My car was getting repaired and I didn't even need a rental because everything is right here. The safety has not been an issue for me. My opinion is no matter where you live there is a chance you will be robbed or something along those lines and it's just that this place is so large and we assume we are safe that when something happens we all panic. As for the lady who got her bike stolen, my question is why would you leave it out' I must say someone stole my plant one time but I wasn't about to call the cops over it. Which brings me to my neighbors. They do have bad kids who skateboard in the parking lot and run around without any care in the world but the ones above me (I live on the first floor) are very courteous. I hear their music in the daytime (I work from home) and I am convinned one of them has a basketball hoop in his bedroom, but at night and even after 4 or 5 they are quiet and the one time they had a party they invited me first! Not that I went but it shows you what kind of people live here. So in summary I am not trashy or was homeless I am a single hardworking woman who is impressed with this place and disgusted by all the negativity. I have made many friends here who agree with me as well, it is the negative people that ruin it for others. I hope if you are planning on moving in here you see this and take it into consideration because the price is right and the people are right. I know it is not the newest place in town but it's by far the best.
