It feels like I live in a college dorm. The people upstairs sound like they are moving weights around at 10:00 in the evening. The people next to me leave their garbage outside their door for days at a time attracting flies. There is always trash around my building. The grass area next to the building is like trying to navigate a minefield since some people neglect to clean up after their dogs. Half of the building is UCONN commuter students, and there is always some sort of trash left behind by someone.

I feel people in general have gotten worse. They just don't care. Litter and lazy people are every where! I just pick up some ones trash and throw it away when I throw mine away.instead of complaining about it. I pick up trash along the way.I don't think it is all the properties responsibity. It is eveyones. If my patio or breezeway is diry , I sweep it.etc...People are just LAZY!
