If you are considering to live in a place sourrounded by malls and restaurants, then this is the right place. For the rest of ALL REASONS, THIS PLACE IS A HELL. I have been renting for past 10 years in many states and saw no place (not even in crowded states like NY/NJ) with such an ignorant in maintenance. You can live here if you do not have any maintenance issue. But its highly unlikely in Pavillions. On an average you must repeat your complaint on an issue for atleast 4-5 times and wait for few weeks (thank god for small issues like garbage disposal clogs, the wait time would be only one to two weeks). Big issues like installing washer/Dryer takes forever (I myself am waiting for more than past 2 months)
The management always blame on maintenance and maintenance on management.

I strongly discourage this place for worry free living.

Did you know you can get a $25 rent credit if maintance doesn't respond witin 48hours? It is listed in the front door entry on the wall.

Its all about the rich get richer, The management needs to hire qualified maintance.
