Very bad service. They don't care about you once you sign the lease & move in. Because they know you are stuck there unless you want to pay a HUGE fee to get out. The amenities there are just for show. It is not open to the residents there & are in such bad repair, you wouldn't want to use them any way. Countless requests to get them fixed & to keep them open longer so the residents can use them have failed. They just don't care. It's a rip-off. The rent includes rent for the use of the amenities, but we never get to use them. The apartments are OK, but the heater/AC, refridgerator, etc keep failing. The hot water is not hot. They don't allow any other service provider other than cox (& cox sucks). Overall, it's just a pain to live there. I just wouldn't recommend it.

First off the break fee isn't so bad. Go to Waterford Commons and they make you pay out to the end of your lease; now that will cost you. Secondly, I agree cox sux, but they monopolize the area and there is nothing the pavs can do about it.

looks like the pav staff keep a lookout for these negetive reviews & respond back to minimize the damage. I pity them.

I was a resident of the pavillions not too long ago. I had a three bedroom with two baths. I had to have everthing replaced from the carpet to refridgerator to both toilets.(and thats only the begining) And when they replaced it all, it all was replaced wrong. Even with numerous requests they took at least four months to look at everything and was never fixed even up til the day we moved. I had to call my own plumber to fix our toilet one day. They said it wasnt a priority. Well, i paid extra for two bathrooms i want two working bathrooms! Oh yeah and if you move here i hope you dont take long showers because they charge you per gallon! I paid more in monthly water bills, (over $450 for the year) that varied according to pavillions, than I do owning my own home!So the rent may be a little cheaper than the waterford commons butfrom everything that will break and your water bills, you dont need the stress. DONT MOVE HERE PLEASE!
