I think one thing that is missing from these reviews is the fact that we are all human and we love to complain but rarely do we like to say or speak of anything good.
I have lived in multiple apartments in my adult life. One thing we need to accept is the fact that it is an apartment, not a house and that in some cases it has been a home for many other people.
I lived in a 1 bedroom on the second floor. I did have people all around me and from time to time I heard them. In some cases it was a one time occurance and in others it was an ongoing issue. I contacted the office and they helped me to resolve the issue. It was not an overnight fix, but it happened.
I am not one to call on maintenance unless really necessary. I mean, I am not going to call them if I clog my toilet. The things I did call in were taken care of within a few days. Again, not an overnight fix, but it happened.
The location is good news/bad news. Most of the year it is convenient, and some of the year it can be annoying. Always knew when good sales took place. I recommend using exit 63 instead of 62, esp around the holidays.
Parking was never an issue. The apartments are nice, good size and in decent shape for being one of the older places in the area.
