its good for about 6 months then it goes down hill from there

I have lived here for over a year. we have water damage its been here since year this year. I have called about the first time they came out and sprayed something over it and then painted it. it came back after the rain this summer and i have called them more then 5 times about it and yet to see anyone here to take care of it. i am a stay at home mom so i would know if they showed up. On top if it, my oldest daughter who is 3 is allergic to mold,im sure there is mold growing bewteen the walls from the water damage. THIS PLACE IS SO CHEAP BUT THE RENT ISNT.
