Office staff is not so good as expected at the beginning. Needless to say that staff even after being completely replaced still as "kind and helpful" as their predecessors were. It seems Warterford manages to hire those people who does not like to work properly.
But, technical staff is good, I have never had any troubles with technical assistance in the appartment when something got broken.

That is correct. Overall the staff is good, but the main manager Jennifer is very rude and not at all helpful, our 2 family friends moved out because of Jennifer being very rude.
