Noisy and expensive

New complex, build nearby I-84 and mall. When you're outside, you can hear every truck going down the highway, and you won't be able to speak on the phone because of the noise. Although the complex is mainly inhabited by professionals moving to CT from out-of-state, the area around it is fairly "mixed", and the elementary school is worse than expected.
The amenities are good, but for half of the money, you should be looking to rent a house further out in the country.
