too expensive, but better than most of the apartments around. grounds are always clean as are building common areas. trash area does get messy - but is the fault of the tenants, mgmt tries to keep it clean. clubhuse with gym/pool is nice.

apartments are quiet despite proximity to 84. neighbors cannot be heard.

pet rent is too high $25/month!! and dogs are only allowed in certain buildings.

apartments have spacious living areas but small bedrooms. closet could be bigger in Master bedroom. washer/dryer is full size and conveniently located in apt.

outdoor storage (3x9 feet) in carport is good extra.
