It's not a bad place to live if you've got the money for a luxury apartment complex. I lived in the townhomes, and it seemed we had to live by different rules than the rest of the complex. No sprinklers or fire extinguisher provided. Storage space was small, and the rental agreement was about 20 pages long. The living space is huge, though. We never had any trouble having maintenance done within 24 hours. Parking was a pain on the weekends because the townhome lot is small. It's nice having a washer/dryer in the apartment.
