Listen I've been living here for 3 years. Its pretty good as Manchester Apartments go. Yes there has been a Management change but honestly you wouldn't notice any difference as a tenant. Its obvious the previous two posts are from disgruntled ex employees.

The bottom line about the property is this, If your looking for granite counter tops and jacuzzi tubs look somewhere else...they don't have them. If you're looking for a safe, comfortable environment that welcomes pets then you've found the right place. They don't nickle and dime you like some other companies around here. The lease is straight forward and to the point. I've lived in two apartments here one in building 180 and am currently in one of the town houses. I've had no problems with noise in either one. The only small gripe I have is that parents have NO concern for you trying to leave the complex during bus times....they practically block the road on both sides to pick up their kids, a better idea would be to "ask" them to park in the office parking lot instead and walk over. The grounds stay pretty nice, though the bushes could be trimmed a little more....I honestly think the company they contract rips them off on that. The indoor pool is nice and always super clean. The Maintenance team is extremely professional....Gary, the manager does an awesome job of getting things done asap. So, like I said....compared to what is offered in Manchester Waterford Commons is a good deal. Before you decide against it make sure you take a tour...
