Great Maintenance From: ting-liu@excite.com Date posted: 6/11/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   My family moved into the Waterford Commons last year. The apartment complex is well maintained. When I had maintenace problem, the staff will fix problems next day. Couple days ago, the washing machine kept having problem. After 2 repair attemps, the problem still happened. Then they replace brand new washer. In the mean time, staff are very friendly and resonsive. The exercise gym and in-door pool is a plus....
