yeah this place is great (great place for bedbugs). And the mangement rented out the apartments with the bedbugs. The new people in 111 have no idea what they are in for. As far as the cleaning of the halls and stairs, it is not done. The lazy porter just sits the running vacumn in the vestibule and hops back in his truck reading everyone elses newspapers then comes back in after a while and puts the vacumn back in his truck.
