I have been here at Waterford Commons for over 2 years now and I love it! I have read the bad reviews, but lets face it people there are bed bugs everywhere! Sorry some may have had a bad experience with them, but I have found the managers and staff to be forthcoming with information and just plain great people. I reccommend waterford Commons to all who are searching for a place to live, it is quite, beautifully landscaped and has a great office and maintenance staff.

Really? you must have posted this to the wrong apartment complex. This one has ice ponds and rushing riversin the parking lots. The new maintenence doesn't know how to maintain the pool properly, the pool shock and clorine burns your skin and eyes. All of this did not happen before with the other maintence people. The garbage area had rats and animals all times of day, and is not keep clean. Bad Bad Bad.
