Security Deposit scam First of all their management is arrogant. Secondly, while moving you wont get your security deposit refund. You will end up paying extra money. So please consider before moving to this property. Lived there in a 2 bed for 1.5 years and it is from my personal experience.

Sure, no refund of security deposit I am glad that people have started pointing this out. I too am a victim! It seems that there were 3 dots on my carpet in some corner and because of that they have to change the entire carpet and coincidently it costs exactly the same as my security deposit!!

No security deposit refund I completely agree with what someone has written about the security deposit. I also recently moved out from the apartment. I had hired professional cleaner to clean the carpet and other stuff but still they kept my entire deposit.

Nice Place There is plenty of parking, sometimes not close to the building, but not too far, exercise is good for you. Maintenance staff and office staff are very friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept, and the inside is vacuumed regularly. Safety is good with all doors
