Went Downhill!

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
It was very nice in the beginning and then it turned into ghetto land: Cops were called every week, not enough washing machines, hallways are dim, main entrance open all the time, garbage on the hallways. Staff was very nice though. The big garbage bin was only a couple feet away from the building and it smelled really bad. Someone also vandalized my car in the parking lot.
