I had to move my entire apartment because of a drug addict doing drugs on the porch above me and she kept my kids and I awake all nigth with pounding. Everyone on that floor was complaining about her and the garbage. They kept me awake all night for 2 months straight. Management did NOTHING! When I agreed to move, they charged me an additional amount at the end of my lease!!! I was the good guy and they whacked me for it. ALSO, they really screwed up my utitlities and I had to pay for 2 apartments heat/hw/electric for 4 months until they straightened it out. Don't move there! They also have a huge garbage problem since new management took over, they don't empty their dumpsters enough and the garbage shoots get jammed! AWFUL!

Were you living in a studio on the third floor? I am considering moving into a studio and was wondering if it would be far enough away from this person such that the noise wouldn't be an issue. And what kind of drugs are we talking about here? The super scary kind?
