We lived in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment for 1.5 years and loved it. The apartment itself was beautiful, with spacious bathrooms, huge closets, and vaulted ceilings. It also had a balcony with a great view of mountains, something we utilized a lot during the summer months. Parking was never a problem, they don't charge you per car. There's ample parking for everyone in a lot that goes around each building. When we first moved in, we were one of the first families, so it was fairly quiet..as more people moved in it got more lively but nothing of annoyance. Grounds were kept clean and maintenance responded quickly (I love that you can send maintenance requests via online). We loved living here and were so disappointed that we had to move to be closer to our new jobs.

The only bad thing I can say is that rent went up each year. And there was a change in management halfway through our stay, that didn't seem as involved in their residents. Before, we would have weekly "Tuesday Events" - like a movie night or party for residents...but those disappeared.

The Tuesday night events went away because people weren't coming to them. I would say the management staff is more invested in their residents then ever before! And as far as the rent going up.. it's going to if you are far below the market rate, and it only went up a litle! Thank you for your nice review! We loved having you stay with us!
