I've lived at Newbury Village for a few months now. Overall, everything has been pretty close to perfect. The neighbors are incredibly friendly and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. The apartment was in great condition when I moved in and parking has never been an issue for me. The only downside I've come to find is that the ceiling is not very soundproof - meaning I hear a lot of noise from above (not so much from my other neighbors). This includes (but is not limited to) routine stomping around 5AM every morning and doors/drawers being slammed. It could either be the way the building was constructed or that these people must really be set on ruining my mornings...so, unless you are used to this kind of noise, I'd recommend a top floor apt. Aside from that, my experience has been pretty nice.
