We have been at Newbury Village for about 1 1/2 years and we really enjoy it! The staff is always very friendly and goes out of their way for you. The complex is also always clean and tidy. The residents that live here are very nice and seem friendly. We really enjoy all the extra amenities that the complex has to offer, as well as the nice huge closets and bathrooms in the apts! I would definately recommend this community to any future renters that want a nice & quiet place to call their home!

The building manager needs to walk around the entire complex and see the poor condition it is in.....there are many young teenagers running around at all hours of the night in the summer. This used to be a place for young professionals. Not any more. Because of the sour economy the property manager is letting anyone move in and that is not a good thing.
