I moved to Connecticut in September and needed a 4 month lease, as the westlake area in Middletown is a depressing and boring area. Burgundy worked out good for me, as I could not find anywhere else that would offer a 4 month lease. They did tack on an extra $100 a month. Aside from that, the studios were spacious and clean when I moved in. They appliances were new, but no dishwasher. The management office was nice, although they never seemed to be in the office when I needed them. They extinguised a bees nest on my porch very quickly, but completely neglected to tend to leaky windows. This was bad news in the wintertime, as the apartment was very drafty.
Pros: close to I-91, short term lease, clean and new apartments. Plenty of parking. Good snow removal.
Cons: They make you pay a $200 non refundabele cleaning fee. Middletown.
