Lived here for a year and a half. Very Nice. I have a few quams but nothing to write home about. Maintence guy is a little slack but the office staff are top notch and very nice. The two bedroom I shared with a friend was great!. Spacious, well priced with a fireplace an no real problems. One bedroom is expensive to operate and has a tiny water heater. Always running out of hot water. Kinda noisey at night in the one bedroom from odd sources I never really tracked down but not too bad. This year the pool failed which was sad so I never really got to enjoy the best of Chestnut hills. I wish I could have been here while my life was less stressful. Never really got to enjoy all it has to offer.
