Not worth the price!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
This place is VERY noisy. You can even hear the neighbors snoring and having sex! You can feel the bass from the music in the adjacent apartments. Looks very nice from the outside but very dissapointing inside. The floor is crooked inside the apartment and a lot of other construction flaws.
