nice, but some problems

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
The apartment is pretty nice, but there are several areas that could use improvement. Whenever anyone in an adjacent apartment uses water, the pipes are horrendously loud--loud enough to wake you up at night. You can also hear footsteps and doors opening and closing.
The staff is very friendly, and the amenities are nice. We probably won't rent here again though.
