FILTHY halls that are RARELY vacuumed. The central heat and A/C are awful unless turned all the way up or down. DRAFTS throughout the apartment due to CHEAP construction Expect a HUGE electric bill.

The materials used to build this place are the cheapest and worst imaginable, even though your rent is in the luxury range. They want to give the appearance of luxury, but after a day or so living there you'll realize just how cheaply it's constructed. Even the bathtub is a cheap plastic that is noisy as you shower and moves under your feet. The electric stove and refrigerator are archaic and a joke. They look to use the cheapest materials and equipment possible and charge a King's Ransom for rent.

You also have to pay for water and sewage and it's NOT cheap. Maintenance SUCKS. They sit around the lot all day doing nothing but shooting the bull with one another while riding in their golf carts. Garbage overflows onto the street and they'll ride right by it. It takes forever just to replace a bulb in the hallway which is a security danger. Some hallways can be pitch black. It goes to show you how rarely maintenance checks these thing. They usually only come after a complaint. Oh, did I mention how bad the hallway smells'

I moved out last year and stayed there two years and now own a home, thank God. Do yourself a big favor and look elsewhere.

I don't understand people who complain but continue to renew their leases. If it was really this bad, you'd think they would have just moved elsewhere.
