The hallways need to be painted, and the rugs replaced. It's a beautiful place on the outside with the landscaping, why not the hallways inside.

The garbage area is a mess, at night a bunch of kids driving there bikes through there.

They should enforce rules !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
