If you rent here, find out if your unit is anywhere near one of their corporate rentals. We didn't find out until it was too late to back out of our lease. I spent an entire summer calling the police and the office with noise complaints. The corporate renters are only there temporarily, so they don't care about other residents in the building and show little consideration. We had issues with people running the washer and dryer at 2 and 3 in the morning. There were several other occasions where they were throwing loud parties until 4 and 5 in the morning. And finally, there was a family who moved into the corp. unit temporarily with 3 loud and very active children.
The apartment we lived in could have used a refresh - new paint, carpeting, replacement of the kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures. Everything was clean, but clearly had been there for a while.
Office staff was friendly to us and understanding, but I felt they could have done more about the noise issues.
Parking is a problem without a doubt. There are many more cars than there are spaces. We had one assigned space, but two cars. There were times when finding an empty space for the second car was difficult.
The rent was very pricey and I don't think we necessarily got what we paid for.
