I have been a tenant at this "lovely" complex for several years now. Although the swarms of naked children have been cleared out (mostly), the stairwell still reeks of occasional urine stench, as does the elevator. And there are still plenty of crackheads and drug dealers to keep the Middletown police busy. The maintenance has never been a major problem for us (although I feel extremely sorry for the maintenance man, being the only one working on all of the apartments in a large complex simultaneously....by himself) He works hard and deserves help and appreciation ...thanks Louis! The electric bills are atrocious in the winter....for a two bedroom they were sometimes upwards of $350 a month. At $650 a month in rent.....not really worth it. At all.
