Funny, I moved in here in 2004 and I have NEVER seen a cockroach. Roaches gravitate towards unclean people, so this person must have not kept up their house. Yes, when you leave food all over the counters, floors, etc., you will get bugs! The only "friends" I had in this complex were my neighbors, all of whom were awesome!
