I've lived here 6 years now & have seen tremendous change! There are "undesirables" wherever you go...management has successfully eliminated many of them. They have installed security cameras &, as a disabled individual, I have always felt safe! I have never seen a roach & find maintenance to now be very quick. Yes, nothing's included, so electric is high, but this evens out with a low rent. It's a MUCH different place with a very diverse population in a decent neighborhood.
