I moved in about a month and a half ago with my boyfriend and our daughter. We signed a lease the day we saw the place, without even viewing any more apartments! No, its not totally glamorous, but its in a perfect location, so close to shops, night life and our jobs! The neighborhood is friendly as well as the management. We see our leasing agent often and she is always asking how things are going and if we need anything. Maintenance is great too! Ive never had to wait more than a day to have anything fixed! And its always finished the day its started. I have seen no crime, or police here. I havent even heard anything disturbing such as loud yelling, music or partying! So far, things here are great. We've decided that if things continue to stay this great here, we are staying the next few years until we buy a house. My daughter loves it here too! She has a great size room and loves that we can keep the front door open so she can play with chalk on the walkway to our door!I read the reviews from years ago and it sounds like a completely different place. Our leasing agent told us on our initial visit how much work has been done to the apartments, its grounds and the area. I love living here and it seems that everyone else does too! As far as pets are allowed, we have cats and two of our neighbors have small dogs, a pug and a papillon.
