I recently left Wilcox after 9 years for financial reasons. I loved my apartment and my time there. There were a couple neighbors who left something to be desired, but you'll find that wherever you go. I never feared for my safety & felt "cared for" by many of my neighbors as well as the property management. I saw many changes over the years & most for the good. Maintenance is good as well as prompt. The property has potential to be top notch. Unfortunately the resources are not available. The property manager does her absolute best with what she has. I would recommend Wilcox!
