Great Place, Quiet and Safe, excellent location.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I just signed a lease for another year here. The apartments are great for the cost and area. There are nicer ones on the street but they cost a lot more and the service isn't as good. Maintainance is done nearly instantly and the management is nice and helpful. I feel very safe nad the area is very quiet. Walls are a bit thin in the winter and ventilation is poor in the summer but AC is included and is very helpful! Overall I have no real complaints. My utility bills were average season to season.
