Slow repairs and unfriendly management

I have had numerous problems ever since I've moved in a year ago. The Laundry facilities are filthy and machines are always broken. I find the electric heating bill way too costly. I don't run the heat high either. Maintenace personnel are creepy and leave tracks of mud on the carpet. Finding a parking space in the evening is a freaking nightmare Seems to be a lot more cars than tenants here during the weekdays.
My neighbors are friendly but many are moving out at the end of their lease. I will too! I found a newer and nicer place up the street for less.
