Just what is going on here'I really want to know'Worse and worse.Since they got rid of the old maintaince staff and how have the place being taking care of by part time part timers,trash is left everywhere,pot holes don't get filed,near the pool for a year now just this weird taped off area that the staff refuses to fix,try and walk to the laudry room at night most of the building lights are not operational anymore.The overall condition of the pool water is slimey that after four showers still wont come off,maybe the health dept. ,should look into the smells coming out of the hallways now being reported.If the worseing overall living conditions were not deterioting enough with the maitaince staff and there staff sitting at the pool all day instead of cleaning up around here,the lastest staff turn around is a 15 year old relative who is going to take over here.Can they not find some one who takes pride in this place and would bring it back to its past standers.With the lastest rent hike they must have the money.

Wow just what has happened around here.
Is it safe here any more.
I do believe its time for the manager to leave her trailer park office and start to address the growing level of volince around here.
Yes it looks like more vandalisum was done again,10 time this past several months.
Just what did she do to the people that are attacking the property because of herself.
No more B.S. this is starting to look very personal and us the tenats are stuck in the middle for her crimes.

As i see there is yet another staff change.
What is she doing to the staff that they seem to quite or are fired at a rate of a few every month.
Best wishes to the latest staff member,do remember there has been 4 before you recentally,either they quit because of harresment or Whane had them fired to cover up for himself.One even was pushed so far that he attacked of of the residents.
Again is it safe here,lights out everywhere vanadlius rampent,police stationed on permenate protrol duty here,maintaince issues not being answered for days on end.
Time to reasign Karina somewhere else and let her come back after someone combentant gets the place fixed up again.

WOW,WOW,WOW
After 3 years of non stop constrution and so many lives ruined ,there still not done.
We the tenets have had to look at over flowing trash cans ,litter everywhere,and the temp dumbsters,storge 18 wheel trucks and temp offices.
There still not done.
WHY'
If you ask it is the same answer we keep havinmg all our help quit or fired for fighting with the tenets or theft.How many are we up to now 18 workers over the last three years.
If they did not have the one guy here who seems to do it all and is not the person that is sopose to be working over the last three years on fixing this building that has been the worst run project in histroy nothjing would be getting done.
The office manager is off this week why is this person at his house everyday and never seems to go to work,I would love to see his time card to see if he is forging his time for the week.

Enough Allready stop ruining the tenets homes and finish the work.
