As we enter the third year of construction on this 6 month project we would to say have no fear to all the friends we have meet over the last several years,We are not going anywhere.
"Little Beirut" as we have decided to use this name for all the obvious reasons is not going to be completed for years to come.
So to answer some of the qestion we have been asked.Just who are you guys'Well my name is Moe i do the carpentre.My friend here is Larry he does the plumbing,and over here is Curly he will be doing the wiring.Several years from now you will be meeting Shenp who will be doing the painting and wallpapering.

Will you please finish allready my car has been sand blasted from all the blowing dirt'Not to worry we do transmissions and car painting on the side,by the way your kids are growing up fast when we started here they were in diapores now there started first grade.

As I stop bye to read the lastest .i want everyone to please look real close at both the good and the bad reviews.Take a real close look at the good ones and take a moment,reread them.Did you notice that even the good ones back up the complaints .
Sure there filled with don't like it tough,sure someday things will be done here,or take your car to a car wash,and maybe when requesting service work you did not ask in a proper and humble way.Sure the lighting is getting worse,the lawn care is not taking care much anymore,and maybe the laudry room is filled with broking machines,and maybe there is garbage and trash and mobil homes and empty 18 wheelers everywhere and it may be years at the going rate that before anything gets done,but it is the tenents fault not the staff.
Bull there is a growing lazyness and lack of caring now,be it this months temp help or the lastest replacement workers hired in replace of staff that attacked a resident.It is not my fault that i am willing to say something.
If you were honest and look at the lawn ripped to sheds a year ago and flaged or the tree growing in the gutter at the laudry room or maybe the mold and mildew on all the buildins if you were honest you would speak out too and stop making excuses.
You pay around 850.00 per month here and the place is to be kept up in OUTSTANDIND shape.
If you were not doing your job you would be FIRED no one would be making excuses for you.Its all your co-workers fault,the buck stops somewhere,i hope it is with the firing of at least the people responable for that complete disgrace of a building.No one should be left at this company that had anythging to do with this...A rough estimate on what this has cost is now in excess of 2 million dollers,and when is the last time yopu seen someone working there ,every 6 weeks.Disgracefull
