The management is decent. Karina, although doesn't give off the best first impression, is very nice if you get a chance to know her. I loved my apt. Best view in the complex. The roof decks are the best. Quiet place, pool was nice. Plenty of parking right near your apt. unless you get home extremely late. No complaints at all other than a month before I moved out, a couple moved in next to me with a small dog that never shut up. Although I will say that I could only hear the dog when I was outside of my apartment in the hallway.
