First of all, let me just say that this is supposed to be a place for people to get useful information, and people should not use it to message back and forth or berate individual tenants.

I have lived here for almost 3 years. I have never once felt unsafe, all my repairs were taken care of in a timely fashion, the office staff has been nothing but nice, and the maintenance staff as well. If things aren't fixed correctly, as they sometimes aren't, a simple polite call to the office resolves the problem. (But here's a tip- I am nothing but nice to them too. You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar). The parking is ample, I mean MAYBE you have to walk a few feet but who can't use it, and you can NEVER hear your neighbors next to you.

I have established friendships with a lot of the tenants because this is a pretty close-knit community. on the weekends you can even see groups of tenants having barbecues together, and it makes it feel homey.

It is the most reasonably priced complex around, close to everything, and very scenice for its suburban location.

And just for the record, the 'greasy-haired' tenant referred to 2 posts ago is actually a very nice guy who has come to my aid several times and although may make one uneasy at first is found to be harmless and friendly when given a chance.
