Did someone say Karina is "outstanding"' Well she does stand out in more than one ways - all of them bad of course. She's mean, scheming, rude and extremely unfriendly. Once you sign the lease you are assured to get screwed around by her. The apartment itself is fine. But thanks to Karina - the overall experience is screwed up. One thing - some of the apartments have leaking electric fixtures or leaking wiring. hence the eletrticity bill is exorbitant. I once paid $350 for a 1BR for a month. And the maintenance fellows do nothing about it even though I complained more than once. So be aware of what you are getting into.
having said that - I must say the maintenance people (apart from karina) are helpful and get their job done pretty quickly.

We have dealt with Karina on more than one occasion and found her to be friendly and helpful. I'm really pretty surprised by your experience... It seems like a different person.
