The biggest problem with this place is the lying and deceit that runs ramped through the staff. They will lie to you to get you to leave them alone about your problems. They won't give you proper notice when they wish to enter your home in order to check for pests, when they do check for pests, they find them, and do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it. There is NOT air conditioning and if they say you're getting a microwave, good luck, because they are likely LYING. It is EXTREMELY loud, the doors are paper thin and there are often large pests that can crawl under your door way because of the huge gaps at the bottom of the poorly installed doors. Poorly being that although they shut and lock, they will jostle back and forth anytime someone walks quickly bye. ALSO, DO NOT LIVE ON THE GROUND LEVEL. The laundry room door SLAMS constantly because of the improperly installed doors and the insensitive neighbors. I already mentioned this, BUT there is NOT AIR CONDITIONING. On some of their web listings they claim to offer it, but after signing off on the lease, and after running through the winter with relatively okay heating, just enough to keep us from freezing to death, and it was turned to max, we're now running through a heat wave and come to find out that the so called "cool" option on the heating / "AC" unit is not actually ac, but rather just lower temperature heat. NEVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE. If you want bugs, if you want sweltering heat, and if you want to be lied to consistently about the reason why things don't get done, then feel free, but I'd rather live on a street corner in New York City. At least then I'll get heating and Air Conditioning. Not worth the price or the hassle.

Just last week, i went to see an apartment here, they showed me the one with a bedroom and a loft. As soon as i open the door to the apt, i see a wall!! how strange is that? just that its a closet from the other side. But the real funny part is that this closet is right at the center of the apt.. and you can walk all around it!! Ive never seen anything like that. The door was so weak.. if u closed it with a bang, it would surely break that very moment. And the paintjob.. yuck.. its white all over, and not even clean white.. its dirty white. The kinda rent they r charging is absolutely ridiculous. I didnt even ask if they had any specials.. was glad i left the place as soon as humanely possible. :)
